Consommez un sachet (25g) par jour, idéalement après une séance d'entraînement ou comme complément de protéines tout au long de la journée.

Mélangez le sachet de protéines avec 150ml d'eau ou de lait écrémé jusqu'à obtenir une consistance homogène et lisse. Une fois mélangé, consommez immédiatement. 150ml est recommandé pour un goût optimal mais il s'agit d'indications et vous pouvez ajouter plus ou moins d'eau selon vos préférences.

Ceci est un complément alimentaire et doit être utilisé en conjonction avec un régime alimentaire équilibré.

What’s the status of my order?

To check on the status of an order, sign into your account on melsfit.ch using the email address and password you used during checkout. Once you’re signed in, click “Orders” from the menu, and behold! Your info’s all there. You’re always welcome to reach out via live chat, phone or mail.

Online you can pay by card AMEX,VISA, MASTERCARD or via PAYPAL, TWINT. You can also do a wire transfert to our bank account, please mention the order number.

When can I expect my order?

The processing time depends on several things: the type of order, whether your order is complete and when you place it. Usually when all items are in stock and if the order is placed beore 4 p.m we ship it the same day with post priority so you get your package within the next day. We currently ship only in Switzerland

What does shipping cost?

Shipping is free above 99 chf, but returns are at your charge.

What is your return policy?

We have a 30 day, no-questions-asked return or exchange policy. If you aren’t satisfied, we can set you up with a full refund or an exchange within 30 days of receipt. Additionally, we have a one-year guarantee on the products to protect you against defects, bad or wrong use of the product won't apply in this case.
