How to order?

Simply select the products you want to purchase from the store, add them to your cart, log-in your account, create a new account or simply check out as a guest and enter your address and payment details.

What if I need to change my order?

We process orders quickly, but we’ll do our best to accommodate any changes to your order. The best way to change or cancel an order is to call us at 022402240, Monday–Friday, 10 a.m.– 7 p.m , SAT 10 a.m.-6 p.m or email us at orders@melsfit.ch or chat with us via the chat on the website.

What’s the status of my order?

To check on the status of an order, sign into your account on melsfit.ch using the email address and password you used during checkout. Once you’re signed in, click “Orders” from the menu, and behold! Your info’s all there. You’re always welcome to reach out via live chat, phone or mail.

Payment Methods

Online you can pay by card AMEX,VISA, MASTERCARD or via PAYPAL, TWINT. You can also do a wire transfert to our bank account, please mention the order number.

All orders must be fully cleared to be released.

Shipping & Returns

When can I expect my order?

The processing time depends on several things: the type of order, whether your order is complete and when you place it. Usually when all items are in stock and if the order is placed beore 4 p.m we ship it the same day with post priority so you get your package within the next day. We currently ship only in Switzerland

What does shipping cost?

Shipping is free above 99 chf, but returns are at your charge.

What is your return policy?

We have a 30 day, no-questions-asked return or exchange policy. If you aren’t satisfied, we can set you up with a full refund or an exchange within 30 days of receipt. Additionally, we have a one-year guarantee on the products to protect you against defects, bad or wrong use of the product won't apply in this case.
