Shipping is free for orders over 100 CHF, except for certain items weighing more than 35 kg, as they require an additional carrier surcharge. 

Shipping will be arranged through a carrier chosen by the buyer during checkout. Otherwise, the Seller will select the most appropriate carrier.

The buyer also has the option to pick up the products at the store located at rue de Lyon 10, 1201 Geneva.

If the customer does not collect the ordered products in-store (store pickup) within 14 calendar days from the agreed date, Melsfit may cancel the contract.

After the Contract is concluded, the Seller will send the Products as quickly as possible, and in any case within fourteen (14) days, to the address provided by the Buyer, provided that the Seller has received full payment if the Buyer chose advance payment, unless the parties have agreed on a longer delivery period.

The Seller will deliver according to the agreed delivery dates as far as possible; however, the Buyer acknowledges that delivery dates are based on circumstances known to the Seller at the time of the Contract and, where they depend on work or services provided by third parties, on the information these third parties provide to the Seller.

The Buyer will be informed within 14 (fourteen) days after the Contract is concluded in case of delivery delay or if an order cannot be fulfilled in whole or in part, in which case the Buyer will have the right to cancel the Contract free of charge until the order is shipped.

The risk of any damage or loss of the Products will transfer to the Buyer from the moment the Products are ordered.
