FRANK MEDRANO first became interested in Swedish gymnastics when he once jumped on a pull-up bar and decided to try some weight training. He loved the feeling he got when lifting himself up. He felt an incredible surge of inner strength that got him addicted to Swedish gymnastics building his physique ever since. It gave him control of his mind and body and ultimately gave him the strength to master and dominate whatever he wanted to accomplish.
