Consume one sachet (25g) per day, ideally after a workout or as a protein supplement throughout the day.

Mix the protein sachet with 150ml of water or skimmed milk until you get a homogeneous and smooth consistency. Once mixed, consume immediately. 150ml is recommended for optimal taste but these are indications and you can add more or less water according to your preferences.

This is a dietary supplement and should be used in conjunction with a balanced diet.
