Kettlebells are weights with handles. Their particular shape gives them a grip and a use that is specific to them. Very effective in particular for certain dynamic movements such as "swings", snatch, shoulder-thrown. They are also quite practical for more common movements such as squats, lunges, shoulder presses. 

Our kettlebells are made of cast iron. Their handle is smooth and therefore their grip pleasant. They are available from 4 to 32kg.
