The Slastix®, or elastic sleeve, is a basic element of the training of Stroops. This durable resistance band adapts to your training needs. The clips at each end make it easy to use any Stroops accessory for your workouts. Tie the other end to an anchor point and move around. The Slastix 36 "is standard length and offers the most training versatility. Resistances vary for all fitness levels.
